LevelOne & StrikeZone: Official Terms & Conditions

1. Registration, Payments & Refunds

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: To maintain our student-to-coach ratios and secure our venues, all payments are non-refundable. This includes absences due to sickness, personal holidays, or a change of mind.

  • Behavioural Removal: Should a student be removed from the programme due to disciplinary issues (see Section 3), no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Hazy Ltd. Subsidy Scheme

  • Limited Availability: A maximum of 20 subsidised spots (10 for LevelOne and 10 for StrikeZone) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Assessment: Eligibility is assessed case-by-case. Applicants must provide an FS3, recent payslip, or a professional referral. LevelOne/StrikeZone reserves the right to determine the final discount (up to 30%) based on these assessments.

3. Behavioural Policy (The Three-Strike Rule) To maintain a safe and focused environment for all, the following protocol applies:

  • Step 1: A formal warning issued to the student for a serious breach of conduct.

  • Step 2: A formal warning issued to the parent/guardian for a subsequent serious breach.

  • Step 3: A third offence will result in immediate removal from the programme.

4. Punctuality & Late Pick-Up

  • Arrivals: We value your child’s training time. While late students will always be allowed to join their session, persistent lateness will be treated as a disciplinary matter as it disrupts the group flow.

  • Pick-Up: We understand that traffic and emergencies happen. However, our staff have commitments immediately following sessions. If a child is left for more than 30 minutes after the session ends on more than two occasions, a late pick-up fee of €10 per 15 minutes will be applied to cover staff costs.

5. Equipment & Safety

  • Uniforms: One (1) complimentary T-shirt and all necessary workbooks are provided. Additional T-shirts may be purchased.

  • Mandatory Kit: Students must bring a water bottle and a towel daily.

  • StrikeZone (Teens): For safety, students must bring their own mouthguard, shinguards, and hand wraps.

  • Sparring Rules: Teen sparring (StrikeZone) is strictly prohibited without full headgear. There is a No-Sparring Policy for all LevelOne students (under 13).

6. Staffing

  • While we aim for consistency with our coaching team, LevelOne/StrikeZone reserves the right to substitute instructors at any time to ensure the highest quality of training.
