Great kickboxing gym with seriously good training. The sessions are intense but always adapted to my level, which makes a huge difference. There’s a real focus on proper technique, not just burning out. I have been having personal sessions with Adam, and he is excellent: patient, motivating, and always happy to answer any questions without rushing. I really feel supported while still being pushed. Highly recommend if you want to improve properly and safely.

Started kickboxing private classes few months ago with Adam. Best decision for me! Adam has different approach to all his students, which is awesome! He adjusted trainings to my health condition, he always magically knows when I will benefit from pressure and when soft approach is a better choice. I’m always excited to come to my classes 🤩 +an awesome hobby for a mum to feel like a person again 😎

Joined Malta fight co a bit over a year ago. Coaches there guided me in a professional manner and it shows they know what they preach.
Managed to get my MMA Amateur debut with a win with careful guidance and support from Coach Adam Chetnik (MMA) and Coach Calvin Dean (Kickboxing).

I walked into my first session with zero expectations, but within weeks, I was hooked. I now train twice a week and have completely fallen in love with kickboxing and MMA.

Adam Chetnik is an incredible coach. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and keeps every session fresh by perfectly balancing technical skill work with overall body fitness. I genuinely look forward to every class!

The facilities are also top-notch—modern, clean, and very spacious. If you’re looking for a place to start your martial arts journey, I can’t recommend Adam enough.
