1. THE PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter is Jaycorp Ltd trading as Malta Fight Co. (Company Registration Number C98717) herein known as ‘MFC”.
1.2. MFC assumes full responsibility for the competition, prize, and participation mechanics.
2. THE PRIZE
2.1. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 12-Month 4 x Week Adult or Junior Membership at Malta Fight Co.
2.2. The prize value is approximately €1,320 (based on the Adult rate) or €1,080 (Junior rate).
2.3. The prize entitles the winner to attend up to four (4) classes per week in their age category.
2.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
2.5. Summer Schedule (Youth Memberships): Please note that during the summer months (specifically July 6th, 2026 – September 4th, 2026), the standard Youth timetable is suspended and replaced by the StrikeZone Summer Programme. If the winner holds a Youth Membership (ages 13–17), their 12-month prize automatically includes enrollment in the StrikeZone programme, and they are guaranteed a secured spot for the duration of the summer schedule.
2.6. The prize (1-year free gym membership) is:
Provided, administered, and fulfilled entirely by MFC.
Subject to MFC own membership rules and safety policies.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. Open to residents of Malta aged 15 years or older (aligned with the movie classification).
3.2. Employees of Jaycorp Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3.3. Employees of Eden Cinemas, including permanent, temporary, and casual staff, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition or to win the prize.
3.4. Existing members of Malta Fight Co. are eligible to enter. If an active member wins, their current billing will be paused, and the 12-month free period will commence immediately.
4. ENTRY MECHANISM
4.1. To enter, participants must scan the official competition QR code located at Eden Cinemas and fully complete the digital registration form.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
5. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR
5.1. MFC confirms full compliance with GDPR, including:
Clear privacy notice linked from the QR code.
Lawful data usage and secure data storage.
5.2. All data collected via the QR code:
Is collected and processed solely by MFC.
Will not be shared with Eden Cinemas unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5.3. Specific Consent: By entering this competition and agreeing to these Terms, participants explicitly consent to their Name and Contact Details being shared by Jaycorp Ltd (Data Controller) with Eden Entertainment Ltd (Eden Cinemas) for the specific and limited purpose of administering the draw and announcing the winner.
5.4. Eden Cinemas bears no responsibility for data handling or misuse.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & CLAIMING THE PRIZE
6.1. The Draw: The winner will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries.
6.2. The Announcement: The winner will be announced by Eden Cinemas on their official social media channels and/or website on Friday, February 13th, 2026.
6.3. Publicity: The winner agrees to have their name and image used for promotional purposes by both Malta Fight Co. and Eden Cinemas without additional compensation.
6.4. Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided upon entry.
6.5. Claim Period: The winner has 48 hours to acknowledge the notification and claim their prize. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw will take place.
6.6. Activation: The 12-Month Membership must be activated (first class taken) before March 31st, 2026.
7. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
7.1. Eden Cinemas is not liable for:
Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the competition or prize redemption.
Any disputes related to the prize, winner selection, or prize availability.
7.2. Eden Cinemas is not responsible if:
The winner is deemed medically unfit.
The prize is refused, restricted, suspended, or modified by the gym.
7.3. MFC agrees to indemnify and hold Eden Cinemas harmless from any claims arising from the competition.
7.4. Gym Liability: Combat sports involve inherent physical risk. The winner will be required to sign a standard liability waiver at Malta Fight Co. prior to training. Jaycorp Ltd accepts no liability for injuries sustained during training provided due care is exercised.
8. GENERAL
8.1. Decisions regarding the winner and the administration of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.2. Jaycorp Ltd reserves the right to suspend or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
