Sergio Cabral — Head BJJ Coach 3rd Degree Black Belt under Master Murilo Bustamante (UFC & Pride legend), Sergio brings serious pedigree to the mats.
A Carlson Gracie lineage fighter with nearly 20 years of international coaching under his belt, he founded Brazilian Top Team Estonia and led it for over a decade. He’s fought pro MMA in Australia, competed globally in BJJ, and sharpened his striking game under top coach Dan Higgins. Now based at Fight Co, Sergio’s focus is clear: build athletes, raise the standard, and pass on high-level Jiu Jitsu.

Brown belt with nearly a decade on the mats, Tim started his Jiu Jitsu journey right here in Malta. He’s competed all over Europe — including a national title win in Estonia — and brings a sharp eye for movement and mechanics to every session. His style? Clean, fluid, and functional. Whether you’re here to compete or just want to level up your ground game, Tim’s the guy to roll with.
