1. THE PROMOTER
1.1. The promoter is Jaycorp Ltd trading as Malta Fight Co. (Company Registration Number C98717), herein referred to as “MFC”.
1.2. MFC assumes full responsibility for the competition, prize, and participation mechanics.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. This promotion is open to residents of Malta aged 15 years or older (aligned with the movie classification of Giant).
2.2. Existing Members: Current active members of Malta Fight Co. are eligible to redeem the Free Class offer (credited as an extra session).
2.3. Exclusion of Staff: Employees of Jaycorp Ltd (Malta Fight Co.) are not eligible. Furthermore, employees of Eden Cinemas, including permanent, temporary, and casual staff, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition or to win the prize.
3. THE FREE TRIAL CLASS
3.1. Redemption & Eligibility: This offer is strictly limited to the first 300 valid ticket holders attending the screening of Giant on Saturday, January 17th at 20:40. To redeem the Free Group Class, participants must:
Register an account via the Malta Fight Co. App or the GoTeamUp platform; and
Enter the unique discount code printed on the voucher provided at the event.
This discount code is valid for one-time use only (one class per person).
3.2. Validity Period: This voucher is valid for redemption until 28th February 2026.
3.3. Available Disciplines: The free class may be used for: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), or MMA.
3.4. Age Categories:
Youth Class: Ages 15–17 (Note: Parents must sign waivers for minors).
Adult Class: Ages 17+.
3.5. Booking: Advanced booking is required via the Malta Fight Co. app or website.
3.6. Registration & Waiver:
All participants must create a user account.
All participants must sign the standard Liability Waiver prior to training.
Minors (15–17): A parent or legal guardian must create the account and sign the waiver on behalf of the minor.
3.7. Equipment: Participants are recommended to bring their own hand wraps and gloves. Loaner gloves may be available but are subject to availability and hygiene policies.
3.8. Physical Risk: Combat sports involve inherent physical risk. By redeeming this class, the user acknowledges that Jaycorp Ltd and its coaches accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, provided that coaches have exercised due care.
4. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
4.1. Eden Cinemas is not liable for:
Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the competition or prize redemption.
Any disputes related to the prize, winner selection, or prize availability.
4.2. MFC agrees to indemnify and hold Eden Cinemas harmless from any claims arising from the competition.
4.3. The prize/offer (The Free Trial Class) is:
Provided, administered, and fulfilled entirely by MFC.
Subject to MFC own membership rules and safety policies.
4.4. Eden Cinemas is not responsible if:
The winner is deemed medically unfit.
The prize is refused, restricted, suspended, or modified by the gym.
5. DATA PROTECTION & GDPR
5.1. All data collected via the QR code:
Is collected and processed solely by MFC.
Will not be shared with Eden Cinemas unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5.2. MFC confirms full compliance with GDPR, including:
Clear privacy notice linked from the QR code.
Lawful data usage and secure data storage.
5.3. Eden Cinemas bears no responsibility for data handling or misuse.
6. SCHEDULE & RIGHTS
6.1. Jaycorp Ltd reserves the right to alter the class timetable, coaches, or facility opening hours at their sole discretion.
6.2. By redeeming this offer, participants consent to Jaycorp Ltd contacting them regarding this specific promotion.
