3. Memberships & Payments

  • All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. We are not liable for errors or issues arising from their services.
  • If you purchase a class pack or subscription, it is your responsibility to manage your bookings, cancellations, and session usage within any set expiry dates.

4. Digital Content & Streaming

  • From time to time, we may offer on-demand or live-streamed content, including classes, tutorials, or events.
  • By purchasing access, you agree not to record, download, redistribute, or publicly share any content.
  • Access to content may be subject to time limits or geographic restrictions.

5. Merchandise

  • Any physical products purchased offline may be refunded or exchanged only if faulty, in line with Maltese consumer protection laws.
  • At this time, we do not offer online product sales. Should this change, updated terms will apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website and platforms — including logos, videos, designs, branding, and training content — are the exclusive property of Malta Fight Co. / Jaycorp Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Participation in combat sports and physical training carries inherent risk. You acknowledge and accept this when using our Services, online or offline.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital platforms and are not liable for losses caused by service outages or technical issues.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malta Fight Co. disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Malta.
