Role: Freelance Coach (BJJ/MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing/Muay Thai)
Type: Self-Employed
We are looking for experienced coaches to lead our adult group classes. Whether you are a striking specialist or a grappling expert, we want you to bring high energy and technical expertise to our mats.
What We Need:
Disciplines: Expertise in one or more of our core sports. Have a different discipline? We are open to it if you can present a strong business case.
Status: Must be self-employed with a valid VAT number.
Experience: Proven coaching background and competitive experience (Amateur or Pro).
The Deal:
Earning Potential: High-yield compensation structure. You keep 43.5% of your group class revenue (after tax).
Growth: Full marketing support and a facility to build your own client base.
Role: Freelance Youth & Kids Coach
Type: Self-Employed
Do you have the patience and passion to build the next generation of athletes? We need coaches who can command a room and inspire confidence in young people.
What We Need:
Target Ages: Experience coaching both Kids (7–12) and Youth (13–17) is essential.
Safety First: A clean Police Conduct Certificate is mandatory.
Status: Must be self-employed with a valid VAT number.
The Deal:
Earning Potential: Keep 43.5% of your group class revenue (after tax).
Impact: The opportunity to lead and shape the future of Malta’s combat sports community.
Role: Content & Marketing Intern Duration: 2–3 Months (Erasmus Placement funded by your Grant only)
Join us for our 4th intake of interns! This isn’t a coffee-run internship; you will be ringside, creating content, and helping run one of the most exciting sports facilities on the island.
You’ll Be Doing:
Content Creation: Heavy focus on filming and video editing for Social Media (Reels/TikTok).
Management: Social media community management.
Support: Assisting with event organization and new project launches.
