Malta Fight Co. Summer School – Terms & Conditions

Thanks for interest in signing up to LevelOne (ages 7–12) or StrikeZone (ages 13–17).

We’re excited to welcome your child to an action-packed summer of combat sports, confidence-building, and good vibes.

1. Respect & Behaviour

• We’re big on respect. That means showing it to coaches, staff, and each other — inside and outside the gym.
• Warnings will be provided to those that do not follow our codes of respect & behaviour.
• We don’t tolerate bullying, disruptive behaviour, or aggression. If a participant is seriously disruptive, we may have to ask them to leave the programme — no refunds will be given in these cases.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• All students must book in advance to secure their place. Spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee walk-ins.
• We operate a 6-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel in time if your child can’t attend to allow someone else to take the slot.

3. Early Drop-Off / Late Pick-Up

• Need a bit more flexibility? If we have instructors available, we offer early drop-off or late pick-up via private training at an additional cost.

4. Attendance & Holidays

• If your child will miss days due to holidays, please let us know in advance.
• We can charge pro-rata for holiday absences where appropriate — just speak to us early so we can plan around it.

5. Refunds & Transfers

• We don’t offer refunds — even for sickness or travel — but we can transfer credit to another child if approved in advance.

6. Coach & Schedule Changes

• We may need to switch around instructors or timetables from time to time — we’ll always try to keep quality consistent.

7. Off-Premises Activities

• Some sessions or activities might take place outside the gym. You agree to this by signing up — all off-site events will be supervised and safe.

8. Health, Safety & Medical

• Combat sports carry some risk. By joining, you accept that risk and won’t hold Malta Fight Co. or its team liable for injuries that may occur during regular activity.
• If there’s a medical emergency, we’ll act in your child’s best interest — but any costs will be the guardian’s responsibility.

9. Media & Promotion

• We occasionally take photos/videos for social media or promotional use. Let us know in writing if you prefer your child not be included.

10. Final Agreement

By signing up and making payment, you confirm you’ve read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Any serious breaches may result in removal from the programme without refund.
